I fall back onto this simple smoothie just about every day, and most definitely when I travel.
Not exactly mouthwateringly delicious, but it delivers a hit of 25g of complete and easily digestible vegan protein along with greens and antioxidants and pre & probiotics.
I blend it all using my Sunbeam Cafe Series milkshake maker. When I travel, I use a plastic smoothie shaker and take single serve sachets of the Vega Sport Performance Protein.
Sometimes I’ll add a little Cashew Milk for taste improvement. I used to blend it with frozen banana too, but not since going low carb.
